Though,we insist on that disarming the armed forces of Karabakh separatists and dissolving separatist de facto authorities of the region,the new leader of unrecognized administration has appointed Artur Harutyunyan as a new state minister.
It is absolutely clear that Shahramanyan is controlled and supported by Russia.After using Araik Arutyunyan for its political interests,Russia has now new separatist leader named Samvel Shahramanyan.In conclusion,We perceive that Russia in order to get mandate for its peacekeeping forces,Russia will carry on using various separatist leaders.
In this context,Russia does its best to stay in Karabakh for a long time.Despite,Azerbaijan proposes reintegration process for Karabakh Armenians,Russia will block this course.
If we pay attention to Putin´s last comments,he can not imagine that why Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan recognized Azerbaijan´s territorial integrity.According to Russia´s Putin,Pashinyan made a great mistake by recognizing Azerbaijan´s territorial integrity.
On the other hand,the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova has said that Moscow contributes to the resolution of the difficult humanitarian situation in Karabakh.
Interestingly, Maria Zakharova called Khankendi as Stepanakert.
Additionaly,there is not a city in Azerbaijan called Stepanakert and Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Karabakh noted always in its press release Khankendi as Stepanakert.
As you see,Samvel Shahmaryan appoints new state minister,Maria Zakharova says Stepanakert not Khankendi.
