In Brussels or Moscow?

In general,the peace accord between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be signed.Interestingly,where will be it signed-In Brussels or Moscow…
As I understood,Armenian government led by Nikol Pashinyan is interested in signing peace agreement in Brussels.Right now Armenia does have good relations with the EU and that is why Prime Minister Pashinyan tries his best to sign peace agreement with Azerbaijan in Brussels.To note that,both sides-Azerbaijan and Armenia have got willingness for final peace treaty.
As for Yerevan´s position,they want the border between two South Caucasus to be clarified,the territorial integrity of 29,800 square kilometers of Armenia to be publicly confirmed and the unblocking to take place on the basis of four principles.The aforesaid four principles were introduced by Armenia for final peace agreement for Karabakh predicament.
In addition,Azerbaijani side also introduced five principles aiming the final treaty with Armenia.
My impression is that either Azerbaijan or Armenia have received a mandate for the establishment problems that exist.
Armenian side demands also that the tripartite meeting has to take place in Brussels,the two sides must come to an agreement in order to reach “the end point”and sign peace treaty.
According to me,Azerbaijani side also keens on peace treaty with Armenia if its principles be accepted by this country.But the main problem or misunderstandig on this issue is that Pashinyan insists on signing peace treaty in Brussels.As for Azerbaijan´s Ilham Aliyev,he hesitates a little bit on this issue.Because Azerbaijani side is going to see Moscow involving in peace treaty.Because of this,there are contradictions between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Additionally,Moscow and Brussels do not want to see each other on the process.Not only Brussels,bit also Armenia wants to sign peace treaty with Azerbaijan without Russia.

At this juncture,Russian deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin has confirmed that Moscow is ready to organize between the foreign ministers of Russia,Azerbaijan and Armenia.In fact,Russian side expresses its willingness to organize a negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia but it does not introduce any kind of peace settlement.In my opinion,Russia does not want final peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan.Russia tries to face off the sides in any time future.On the contrary wit Russia,the West is getting hurry in peace treaty.This is the main difference between Moscow and Brussels in regard with this issue.
In spite of Russia´s readiness to provide a Moscow platform for further dialogue between Baku and Yerevan,nobody sees perspective in Russia´s field.
