Is there an agreement between Moscow and Washington on Zangezur Corridor?

Tomorrow US Assistent Secretary of State James O´Brien visits to Azerbaijan and meets with a few high-ranking officials in Baku.Between sides it will be likely discussed Karabakh problem and peace truce between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Interestingly,the current relations between Baku and Washington have been deteriorated.It seems to me that Washington aims to normalize relations with Baku.Because the U.S is in hurry the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan be signed.That is why Biden administration comprehend that one-sided position on Karabakh issue is absolutely in favor of Putin´s Russia.And in order to realize its strategic goals,Washington should work with both sides-Azerbaijan and Armenia.
In my opinion,James O´Brien´s visit to Azerbaijan which will kick off tomorrow will be important enough on the way of final peace accord between Azerbaijan and Armenia.Meanwhile,Secretary of Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with USNational Security Adviser Jake Sullivan at the White House.They have discussed matters of mutual interest in the security and economic domains.As it was informed,the two sides reflected also on Armenia´s regional security.
To be clear,Washington is supporting Armenia now and as I mentioned above the unilateral endorsement to Armenia makes problems for final peace agreement.Because in this case,Azerbaijani government approaches to Russia´s orbit of influence.Of course,Washington sees this fact and knows that unilateral position on Karabakh issue affects not only Armenia´s security problems,but also strengthens Russia´s influence over Aliyev´s government.
Additionally,government in Azerbaijan detains pro-Western journalists,human righ defenders and political figures.It occurs always that when Baku does have problems with U.S and some EU countries,it sends planty of people to the jail.
During James O´Brien´s visit to Baku it will probably discussed Zangeur Corridor.Washington´s position is clear:The security of Zangezur corridor must not be under control of Russia.Maybe it is a”red line”for Biden administration.
However,Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is also against to Russia´s control over Zangezur corridor.Is it important for Baku,whether Russia or Armenia control the security of Zangezur corridor?My opinion on this issue is that it does not play any crucial role for Azerbaijan.Baku has got already another alternative to Zangezur corridor through the territory of Iran.But Washington is also against to the road passing through Iran.As you see,problem is huge and after O´Brien´s visit everything will be clear. Let us wait the outputs of this visit by high-ranking U.S. official.
