According to Armenianan Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the three main principles have been agreed upon for peace and normalization the relations with Baku.To note that,EU also intends peace agreement between two sides by the end of current year.My assumtion is that by the end of this year the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia is not possible.
In this context, the sides can have a few agreements on some issues including the recognizing each other´s territorial integrity that Armenian Prime Minister has already done this as a result of Prague discussions.
My impression on this matter is that the recognizing each other´s territorial integrity by two sides is vital enough in order to achieve long standing peace and normalization process.Armenia´s Pashinyan has already mentioned his decision on this issue-recognizing the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. As I mentioned above, this is so much important for final settlement of Karabakh predicament. This is the first principle of long standing peace between two South Caucasian republics.
In addition,Nikol Pashinyan has expressed that the next step should be delimitation and demarcation process based on Almaty declaration signed after the collapsing of Soviet Union. My thought on this issue is that the delimitation and demarcation process is too austere and takes so long time.Because Azerbaijani side possess also proposed other maps for delimitation and demarcation process.I think that the delimitation and demarcation process is not less important factor than the recognizing the territorial integrity between Azerbaijan and Armenia.I do find this issue comlicated enough due to so many disagreements and misunderstandings.

In conclusion, the third principle announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is the opening of all regional communications.Indeed,Armenian side insists on this that the opening of regional communications ought to be realized in accordance with the principles of sovereignty, justice and mutual respect of legislation…
In my estimation, the implemantation of Zangezur corridor is the crucial lever of Russia´s presence and influence over Azerbaijan and Armenia. Both sides-either Azerbaijan and Armenia are aware of Russia´s interest on this issue. However,Azerbaian has got another alternative to Zangezur corridor passing through Armenian territory.Baku intends to implement this project through Iranian territory and has signed a document with Tehran.
Interestingly, the West is also keen on Zangezur corridor via Armenia. But the most significant point on this issue is that this corridor gives much more advantages to Armenia-economically and politically. As I mentioned above,Russia tries its best to controll on Zangezur corridor in order to keep its influence in Azerbaijan and Armenia. If Russia achieves this goal,it not impossible that in the future Moscow can make new conflict once more again between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We have to acknowledge that such kind of control over Zangezur corridor does not respond to our interests. But the another question is so: To what extend is Armenia ready to safeguard the security of Zangezur corridor?
Can EU Mission overcome this task? How will Russia and Iran this proposal? In advance,Iran will not admit EU Mission over Zangezur corridor.Tehran does not want to see Europeans on the border with Armenia and sees this as a”read line” to its geopolitical security.
Still, there is a chance to build Zangezur corridor. But it seems to me that any time soon the communication line via Armenia is impossible.
On the other hand, the two other principles suggested by Pashinyan can be considered.
In a nutshell, the final peace deal is not so easy-both political and amicable agreement.Either Armenia and Azerbaijan should demonstrate political determination toward the permanent peace. Is it not possible?Yes,it is absolutely possible, which I have regularly touched upon.If Azerbaijan and Armenia intend to get out of Russia´s influence, they must endeavor to grant important decisions.
