Emmanuel Macron held a telephone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.Macron called on aliyev to provide security guarantees to the Karabakh residents.
It is noted that Macron has condemned Azerbaijan´s decision to conduct anti-terror operation against Karabakh separatists.

Therefore,Macron´s France has supported sister country Armenia and wanted “international mechanism”to solve Karabakh problem.
So,the next round of negotiation between Azerbaijan and Karabakh´s representatives will be held in Yevlakh without any mediator and OSCE Minsk Group members.

In conclusion,there will not be any status for Karabakh´s ethnic Armenians.I assume that today Azerbaijani side will propose its offers in order to integrate Karabakh Armenians.For Karabakh´s Armenians will be offered equal rights like Azerbaijani people.

Karabakh´s Armenian community will have no flag or other symbols:Instead,they will own cultural rights.
